Helping a leading independent insurer and racing team sponsor create bespoke registration solution for an exclusive end of season event.


Amlin sponsor a Formula E team. A worldwide series, Formula E is the world’s first electric racing series. Mumu was tasked with creating a quick and easy website and registration solution for them to invite selected clients to an exclusive event at the season finale. As part of the Formula E final race in 2015, Amlin wanted to invite some of their key clients to an exclusive showcase day, culminating in live trackside action at the event.


A fully branded and mobile responsive micro-site was created with an RSVP mechanic for registration to the event. The client was able to select and upload users who were then sent a unique link and a personalised form on which to register their attendance. Once registered the client and attendee received confirmation emails with full event details. A full content management system was also created to maintain and manage respondees. The mechanic was supported by an informational website outlining the days, timetable and programme as well as allowing guests to contact Amilin with any questions.


4000 guests registered.

The mechanic was used for three separate events which allowed easy management of the guestlist on the day. With the slick registration mechanic it meant all guests information was known upfront on the day.
